Video 3 How any mom can be a Grocery Ninja –

  • Hey friends. Today I want to share some stories of other moms I’ve worked with, to kind of give you a little motivation, a little of that heartwarming feeling.

So in my time coaching, I’ve seen Stay at home moms feed their families of 10 on just 1 income, and single moms with 2 or 3 kids make it work on an below-average income. Like, Kaelah who, at the time we met her, was a single mom using WIC to feed her family, and doing Door Dash to make the months’ rent. And you know what, she had big dreams of starting her own business, while also being there to pick her kids up off the bus each day and spend her evenings playing with her kids instead of worrying about how they were going to keep the heat on that month. She was just about to give up to work at what she described as a soul-sucking job at Denny’s when we crossed paths. And we told her not to give up, that she could do this, that she owed it to herself and to her kids to push through. And you know what she did? During the months that we coached her she conquered every obstacle in her path. When she became discouraged we’d talk it out and she’d find a way to solve whatever was in her way. After just 2 months – get that, 2 months – she started a successful cleaning business, and enjoys the flexibility of being there for her kids when they have a school event, are home sick, or to simply pick them up off the school bus. And in her business, she even has the flexibility to turn customers away. Amazing right?
